Actually, at 11:35PM Thursday evening here in Romania, the snow has stopped again. We woke this morning to another heavy snowfall all day. It finally stopped early evening. We are praying it really warms up tomorrow and all the railroads, roads and sidewalks open up.
I slept maybe three hours last night, and got up before 5:00AM. Body not yet adjusted. So, after eating breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, toast and coffee, finishing up the gift packages, helping to wash some dishes, going with Frank, Diane and Lee to the florist to get the flowers for the table arrangements, and taking care of some other conference details, I took a long, much needed nap until dinner. We invited the lovely florist to join us at the Friday evening “Celebrating Women” in order for her to see her lovely flowers displayed. Hopefully, she will come. Lee has quite an eye for great pictures as she snaps photos throughout the day. Very talented gal. We are so blessed to have her here as our media specialist.
As we watched the snowfall all day, we realized again how wonderful the Lord is to have stopped the bad weather all during the transport time for Beni to bring the Bible study materials across country in the Apa Vietii van. He got home before the snow began again.
Myra came in from Moldova by bus this evening in the midst of the snow storm. She arrived safe and sound. So good to meet another dear sister in Christ serving as a missionary. She will be helping with the conference set up and then attending the conference. We are talking about having a conference one day in Moldova.
We have a lot of things to take care of tomorrow, so your prayers over us will be greatly appreciated. So many attacks from the enemy encourages us that we truly are on the right track.
Will close for now, but continue to thank the Lord for your gracious love, encouragement and support. Much love, Paulette
