Greetings, Everyone!
So sorry it’s been awhile since I wrote. Been a very busy bee lately and been traveling alot. One very special trip was to NW Texas. My hubbie, Charlie, and I stopped in to see our old friends, Pam and Steve Sparks at Camp Chaparral near Wichita Falls. What a blessing to see their smiling faces. Thought you would enjoy seeing them, too, so will try to post the pic of us sitting outside on that gorgeous Saturday two weeks ago. If I am unsuccessful, I will try again later.
Pam was my original prayer and accountability partner with BGT, and Steve was our former Worship Leader at our church before the Lord took him off to be a Camp Manager. As a quick advertisement, if you ever need a camp or conference setting for your group, be sure to check them out. Great food, great service and great location!!
Steve led a missions team of 14 folks to Romania in August 2002. That was my first trip to Timisoara and immediately fell in love with the Romanian people and culture! It sure would be fun to have another team go over to do a Youth Camp and other ministry ventures. If any of you are ever interested in traveling over there, please give me a holler.
