I just have to say that I was tickled pink with our gathering this evening at the house where I am staying. Met so many cool folks. A team of young guys showed from Alabama as a mission team; a delightful couple from Scotland who live and minister here near Arad; two guys who minister in Bulgaria, but here to help another lady with youth camps (one guy is an American and one is from England); an American lady and her two young granddaughters who live in Romania and minister to the Gypsies; a family from Idaho who arrived on the same plane I was on from Frankfurt. The couples’ three sons have been here ministering in Romania, so they have come to retrieve two of them while the third one will be heading to teach/minister in Kyrgyzstan soon. I took a bunch of pictures and will post them tomorrow after the next gathering of folks for dinner on Monday night.
We had 20 folks here tonight. Not sure how many more tomorrow night. I had brought a bunch of fun school supply stuff with me, not knowing who should have them. When I met Jackie tonight who works with the Gypsies, I knew she was to have most of the supplies. When I asked if she wanted any sidewalk chalk, crayons, pens, colored pencils and glue sticks, her eyes lit up. She has another camp this week, but not the supplies I brought. What a delight for me to be a part of a blessing for these kids who have nothing.

Here’s a couple of pictures from our quick sightseeing stop in Budapest last night. Scott and Carolyn and I in one at the castle on the Buda side of the Danube river. The Pesta side is across on the other side.
More tomorrow night. Gotta get to bed for now.
